The Database Federator is an easyCMDB add-on that enables you to read data from external RDBMS to populate easyCMDB.

SQL queries can be defined that pull data from the target database and map the output to configuration item fields. The queries can be grouped and run in sequence automatically to provide a regular update mechanism of your CMDB. Our answer for keeping easyCMDB up to date!

Connector packs are available for discovery tools such as JDisc and NEWT Professional. The generic design means queries can be built for most major RDBMS vendor databases, so you can expect more connector packs to be available rapidly.
